Confusion can lead to so much uncertainty in life. When you don’t set clear definitions about what you want, or perhaps you don’t even know what you want right now…then you are leaving yourself open to all kinds of problems.
You waste time, procrastinate due to your indecisions or doubts about being good enough. Eventually, you start to feel overwhelmed and over time, stuck in the same place you’ve always been.
Cutting away the dross means acknowledging that you can find clarity through the chaos you may have unintentionally created.
It’s as simple as:
1. Getting your priorities straight
2. Focusing your attention
3. Tending to the important things – i.e TAKING ACTION
This easy 1, 2, 3 formula is there to enable you to realise how easy the answer to your situation really can be.
When you know what is important to you, first and foremost you place this as a priority.
Perhaps it’s your health you want to improve…or a situation you wish to remove yourself from.
Understanding what is of essential to you means listing everything that’s of vital importance, numbering them in order of priority.
If it’s a more specific scenario, this may be a tough question to have to consider…but ask yourself who or what you will give precedence to. How do you picture the outcome?
You need to envision the best outcome for all…how does this look? When you get down to the truth of a situation and can visualise what you want to happen, then you know how to make it happen.
If you’re unsure of what to prioritise, ask yourself in which areas you feel the most motivated. And then from here you know where to place your focus. As the momentum will move you towards success in this particular area.
You dissolve procrastination by focusing on one thing at a time. Multitasking is a fallacy. You get the most done when you are laser focused on your goals!
You can only see with greater detail and clarity the answers to a problem when you focus in on it. Focusing means you do it with the joy and momentum to achieve great results. If you’re not focusing in on a problem and seeking a solution…then ask yourself…’Am I merely giving in to distraction’?
There are answers when you go in with clarity and stay focused on the subject matter. They will come to you easily and fluently. In fact, one of the best ways to find clarity and open your sixth sense otherwise known as your intuition is to meditate on a regular basis.
Regular meditation practice can help to clear your mind of negative thinking, enabling you to stay grateful and to find a new focus in life. You may even find that what seems like a problem could actually be your biggest saviour in disguise!
Once you have the focus that what you are doing is correct, you can take action knowing you are on the right course. Yet this only comes when you are clear on what you need to do so you can then find the courage to move towards it.
If you do not have the first two steps in place, you will be back to square one…aiming without any real direction, then seeing what sticks. This is not the way to find clarity on any situation.
To get to where you want to go, you need to follow the above steps in this same exact order. In doing this, you stay focused on channelling that sense of clarity into your every day consciousness. This is the best way to bring about the changes in the reality you are seeking.
Regardless of whatever your problem is that you are searching for an answer to, you can find it when you follow this procedure. From complications in love, to health concerns to starting your own business….
Clarity starts with a simple drop of attention in the right areas, and with the right focus and concentration, echoes out from there.
Starting your consciousness journey towards clarity has never been easier. Thanks to this amazing 5 week Meditation course, ‘Master Your Mind’ will encourage you to find your centre, sharpen your mind and expand your awareness….all of which are necessary so you can figure out exactly what you want in life.
